1) Scope and confirmation
This cancellation policy applies to airport transfers booked through this website, unless a different policy is confirmed in writing for your specific service.
All services are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from our team and, when applicable, the required payment is received.
2) Changes and no-shows
- Transfers: please share any flight updates or schedule changes as soon as possible.
- Changes requested close to service time: all modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
- No-shows: if the passenger does not show up at the confirmed time and location, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
3) Standard cancellation fees
Unless a different policy is confirmed in writing for your specific service, the following applies:

Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Important: Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be non-refundable.
When applicable, refunds will be issued net of any non-refundable payment processing fees.
4) Operational changes
Transfer schedules may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, operational restrictions, flight delays, or local circumstances. If necessary, the specified vehicle or service inclusions may be replaced with a similar alternative to ensure continuity of service.
5) Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, airport disruptions, or restrictions imposed by authorities), we will work with you to reschedule the service or offer a reasonable alternative where possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to this policy and issued net of any non-refundable third-party costs or payment processing fees.
6) Payment security
You will receive a secure payment link when payment is required. We will never request credit card or banking details via email, WhatsApp, or any similar method.
