1) Scope and confirmation
This cancellation policy applies to airport transfers y tours/experiences booked through this website, unless a different policy is confirmed in writing for your specific service.
All services are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from our team and, when applicable, the required payment is received.
2) Changes and no-shows
- Transfers: please share flight updates or schedule changes as soon as possible.
- No-shows: if the passenger does not show up at the confirmed time and location, the service may be charged in full.
3) Standard cancellation fees
Unless a different policy is confirmed in writing for your specific service, the following applies:

| Less than 24 hours / No-show | 100% |
Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Important: Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be non-refundable.
When applicable, refunds will be issued net of those non-refundable fees.
4) Minimum guaranteed services (when applicable)
Some services may require a minimum number of participants (“minimum guaranteed”) to operate. If a minimum guaranteed applies, it will be clearly indicated on the service page or in your written confirmation.
If the minimum guaranteed is not reached by the deadline, the delegate may choose:
- Alternative option: a comparable tour/experience (if available), or
- Refund: amounts paid for the affected service, issued net of any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
5) Operational changes
Tour schedules may vary due to traffic, weather, operational restrictions, or local conditions. If required, inclusions may be replaced with similar alternatives to ensure service continuity.
6) Force majeure
In case of events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, authorities’ restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or offer an alternative when possible. Refunds, if any, may depend on third-party policies and non-recoverable costs.
7) Payment security
You will receive a secure payment link when payment is required. We will never request credit card or banking details by email, WhatsApp, or any similar method.
